Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, focusing on comprehensive orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. In this position, you will deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment to patients dealing with musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, aiding them in regaining function, alleviating pain, and returning to their cherished activities and lifestyles.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including in-depth musculoskeletal and functional movement assessments.
• Create tailored care plans that align with each patient’s goals and activity levels.
• Employ a variety of techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, post-operative rehabilitation protocols, and suitable modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Manage a diverse caseload that encompasses various orthopedic and sports conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, acute and chronic joint and soft tissue injuries, spine issues, and return-to-sport programs for athletes of all ages.
• Work collaboratively with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in our electronic medical record system, utilizing objective outcome measures to monitor progress and inform clinical decisions.
• Educate patients about their diagnoses, home exercise routines, injury prevention techniques, and long-term self-management strategies.

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Ability to manage a dynamic outpatient caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
