Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive new business acquisition with a focus on regional hospitals, health systems, and IDNs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and market priorities. This role involves building and managing a robust sales pipeline, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, and partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver compelling, solution-oriented proposals. The Regional Vice President of Sales will also be expected to maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and disciplined sales reporting, as well as represent the company at industry events to expand market awareness and build relationships. Applicants must have 5-8+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of consistent quota attainment and success in managing long-cycle, high-value deals. Experience in B2B software, RCM, or healthcare technology sales, particularly with a consultative, value-based approach, is essential. The role requires strong business and financial acumen, expertise in sales tools, and a background in growth-stage, founder-led, or PE-backed healthcare technology organizations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence are a must, as is the willingness to travel across the assigned region. Familiarity with EMR/RCM platforms is preferred, and the ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling or expansion within existing accounts is a key responsibility.
