Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant in Morrison, IL at a skilled nursing facility. You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them improve mobility, function, and quality of life under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois PTA license required to start the assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist and document care according to facility and regulatory standards.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with transfers, gait training, and restorative nursing programs preferred. Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.

You will assist licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans, promoting patient safety, and contributing to interdisciplinary care goals.
