Join *Life Fitness / Hammer Strength in Ramsey, MN *as a *CNC Laser Operator* on our *Weekend Shift *(Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM). You'll set up and run tube and flat laser cutting equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications.*Why You'll Love the Weekend Shift** Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 — overtime eligible after hour 36* 3-day workweek: Friday–Sunday, four days off every week* Free access to our on-site fitness center* Eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan on top of base pay* Base pay: $21.25–$26.13/hr, based on qualifications and experience.*Total Rewards - Full-time team members are eligible for:** 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off, including paid holidays* Company-paid short-term disability; optional long-term disability* Health savings account, plus health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts* Employee and dependent life insurance, plus supplemental life and AD&D insurance* Identity protection, legal services, and adoption assistance* Tuition assistance and commuter benefits* Employee discounts and an employee assistance program with free counseling sessions* Eligibility to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, based on performance metrics*What You'll Do** Set up, operate, and adjust laser cutting equipment using setup sheets and Kanban cards* Operate the laser control system and monitor machine performance* Load raw steel and unload finished parts safely and efficiently* Perform visual inspections of raw materials and finished products* Read blueprints, process sheets, and work instructions to produce parts accurately* Count finished parts to verify correct quantities* Identify and tag completed jobs with required production information* Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to your Lead or Supervisor* Perform routine equipment maintenance and complete daily preventive-maintenance logs* Complete production documentation accurately and on time* Safely operate hoists and manual pallet jacks*What We're Looking For** Manufacturing experience, preferably in metal fabrication or laser operations* Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues* Able to read blueprints, process sheets, and tape measures (standard and metric)* Basic math skills — addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using a calculator* Basic computer skills; able to operate computerized manufacturing equipment* Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking)* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety*Physical Requirements** Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally* Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift* Frequently reach, grasp tools and materials, and climb stairs as needed* Safely operate hoists and manual pallet jacks* Complete a comprehensive vision examination as required for the position*Why Join Us?*When you join our team, you'll become part of a company that values teamwork, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
