Job Skills / Requirements Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a large corporate office facility in the Troy area near the I-75 business corridor. Responsibilities
- Clean offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and shared spaces
- Vacuum assigned areas using a backpack vacuum
- Restock supplies and report supply needs as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and building expectations
- Report facility concerns, maintenance issues, or equipment problems to management
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, sweep, mop, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a large professional office environment
