Maintenance Technician - Automation Systems

Our client, a leader in logistics and material handling solutions, is seeking a Mech & Robotics Tech to join their team. As a Mech & Robotics Tech, you will be part of the Operations Maintenance team supporting our client's dynamic distribution network. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Mech & Robotics Tech 

Location:  Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $27/hr.

What's the Job?

• Support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop your technical skills while mentoring junior technicians to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with accurate documentation to ensure equipment reliability.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience with PC competency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be cleared to start by 10/1.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk during shifts up to 12 hours.
