Key Responsibilities and Duties: Clinical Assistance: Expertly assist our dentists during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for the patient. Patient Engagement and Education: Engage proactively with patients to enhance their understanding of their individual oral health needs, treatment plans, and proper home care. Your role includes providing clear and compassionate instruction to maximize patient compliance and positive outcomes. Sterilization and Infection Control: Maintain the highest standards of sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control within the clinical areas. Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring all necessary materials and instruments are ready before and after each patient appointment.
