Accounting Manager Location: Long Beach, CA Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 base + discretionary bonus Overview We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Manage financial reporting under GAAP Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes Serve as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent company Drive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) CPA certification (preferred) 6+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of management experience with direct reports Strong financial reporting Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred Strong communication with international stakeholders Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
