Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

Owning the financial statement accounts and reconciliations, the full-time Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting will manage administrative and operating expense accounting, investment and debt accounting, and ensure effective reconciliations and controls while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Prepare and record administrative and operating expense accruals, and manage reconciliations for payroll and benefit-related accounts Maintain investment and debt accounting entries, ensuring compliance with technical accounting requirements and preparing monthly reporting for lenders Support the month-end close process and segregation of duties, while identifying and implementing automation tools to enhance accounting efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Hands-on experience with account reconciliations and month-end close processes Strong understanding of accrual accounting and internal controls Detail-oriented with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
