Labor and Employment Paralegal

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Paralegal and Employment Law Analyst. Key Responsibilities Manage labor and employment litigation, including discovery and compliance processes Lead data collection and analysis for compliance programs and affirmative action plans Conduct legal research and provide support for labor relations matters as needed Required Qualifications College degree required Minimum five years of relevant Labor and Employment and/or HR experience Paralegal certificate preferred or equivalent HR professional certifications Experience with OFCCP compliance and AAP development strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of Labor and Employment litigation management and HR documentation
