• Assembly of parts and finished products using appropriate tools and equipment
• Strict adherence to documented instructions, prints, and diagrams
• Inspection of completed work to verify quality requirements are met
• Workstation organization and 5S-focused cleanliness
• On-time completion to meet production goals and deadlines
• Issue identification and escalation for any defects or equipment problems
• Full compliance with safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to interpret instructions and basic technical documents
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-first mindset and collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of common hand tools and shop equipment

• Standing for long stretches during assembly tasks
• Capability to lift up to [25–50 lbs]
• Comfort with repetitive motions as part of production work
