Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational TherapistWe're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Kansas state Occupational Therapist license required to start the position.Minimum 2 years of outpatient therapy experience required.Orthopedic knowledge of upper extremity.Manual therapy experience preferred.Ability and willingness to float to inpatient and home health as needed.BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Experience with Meditech charting system preferred.Benefits$10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment.Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed per week, Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends, no holidays, no on-call/call back required.Flexible day shift hours within the window of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Opportunity for permanent placement.Location HighlightsEl Dorado, KS is a small community with easy access to outdoor recreation and regional cities.
