If you’re an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer ready to lead crews, manage commercial new construction projects, and deliver high-quality installations, this is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term growth.

• $35–$40 per hour, based on experience

• Weekly pay

• Per diem provided for eligible travel assignments

• Full-time Monday–Friday schedule

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations

• Supervise field crews and help maintain project timelines

• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field crews

• Train and support technicians in the field

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Troubleshoot installation and system issues as needed

• Follow OSHA requirements and company safety standards

• Complete installation reports and required project documentation

• Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment remain job-site ready

Projects are located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

What You Need

• Commercial HVAC new construction experience

• Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Kentucky Journeyman License required

• Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical components

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation

• Ability and willingness to travel regionally for projects

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively lead field crews
