If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Polyglot Software Developer to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Polyglot Software Developer with extensive expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to contribute to the technical delivery of an enterprise-grade application within an Agile framework.Critical Requirement: We are specifically seeking engineers who demonstrate strong AI leverage in software development—the ability to effectively use AI tools to accelerate coding, improve quality, and optimize the SDLC is essential, in addition to core technical skills.This position encompasses comprehensive responsibilities including the identification and development of reusable components, implementation of software design patterns, oversight of development processes, and management of integration requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal and external integration teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.Day-to-Day Job Duties:Technical LeadershipPrioritize AI adoption throughout the SDLC, leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.Demonstrate strong capability in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).Act as a polyglot engineer, deeply skilled in at least one stack while remaining adaptable across the full application stack.Design and develop solutions using Azure, ReactJS, and .NET.Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.Ensure architecture compliance, performance optimization, and technical quality.Agile DeliveryCollaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to plan sprints, estimate tasks, and refine the backlog.Break down business requirements into technical stories and actionable tasks.Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile ceremonies.Integration OwnershipContribute to all aspects of application integration, including:REST APIsAzure Service BusEvent GridLogic AppsOther Azure Integration ServicesServe as the primary point of contact for integration requirements, coordinating across teams.Define and validate API contracts, data models, event schemas, and integration patterns with clear documentation.Requirement & Interface ManagementTranslate business features into clear technical artifacts and designs.Manage system interfaces, including data flows and communication protocols.Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicate technical vision, risks, and progress to architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.Represent the application in cross-team architecture and design discussions.DevOps & Quality AssuranceChampion CI/CD best practices and automation.Implement and oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.Ensure automated testing, secure coding practices, and release readiness.Basic QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience in software development.Strong experience with Azure PaaS, including:App Services, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Web API, Event Grid, Logic AppsFrontend & Backend Expertise:Onsite: ReactJS, Python (FastAPI), SQL Server RDBMSOffshore: ReactJS, C#, FastAPI, SQL Server RDBMSProven experience leveraging AI-driven development tools such as:GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similarStrong understanding of:CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automationIntegration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, event-driven, pub-sub)Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveMicrosoft Certifications:Azure Solutions ArchitectAzure Developer AssociateExperience with secure design and identity management, including:OAuth2, Azure Active Directory, Managed IdentityExposure to Azure Machine Learning / AI services integrationPrior Insurance domain knowledge or product exposureExperience designing scalable, event-driven architectures in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with multi-region deployments and performance optimization strategiesOther DetailsLocation / Travel:Onsite: Warren, NJEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
