Now Hiring Production Fabrication Technician Location: Rome City, Indiana Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay: $17.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $18.00 per hour upon direct hire based on performance. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Fabrication Technician to join our growing team in Rome City. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble products according to blueprints and work instructions Operate power tools including drills, band saws, drill presses, and grinders Read and accurately use a tape measure to 1/16 inch increments Interpret blueprints and follow production specifications Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Maintain production supplies and assist with inventory as needed Operate a forklift safely when required Perform light maintenance tasks and assist in other production areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work independently as well as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions Experience using common fabrication and power tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and cross‑train in multiple areas If you are looking for a stable first‑shift position with opportunities for growth and increased pay, apply today and become part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and dependability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Resources Staffing Services
