We boast very modern and automated machining operations and we are looking to double in size within the next 2-3 years!!Exceptionally strong compensation and benefits package!Great work environment and abundant opportunities for growthState of the art manufacturing facility utilizing automated processes and advanced machineryStable, established company with a reputation for world class operational excellenceOpportunity to lead and shape a dedicated quality team while driving continuous improvementResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer service standards across the manufacturing facilityIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings to maintain complianceBuild a strong quality team through proactive coaching, mentoring, specific technical training, and performance evaluationsProactively improve corporate quality systems through internal audits and participation in structured process improvement programsInteract with key partners and clients to obtain constructive feedback and drive corrective actionsOversee quality control processes to ensure all parts are manufactured within strict specified tolerancesMaintain rigorous adherence to international quality standards and certification requirementsRequirements5+ years of relevant machining shop work experience in a high precision manufacturing environmentHigh degree of organization with excellent attention to detail and a critical thinking mindsetDemonstrated experience performing quality audits and generating detailed compliance reportsStrong background in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action deploymentProven ability to manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of quality personnelNice to HavesBachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related technical disciplineDeep understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and certification upkeepBackground with government/military quality program knowledge/experienceFamiliarity with multi process manufacturing environments including precision machining, welding, and mechanical assemblyPrior experience managing high volume production quality systemsJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
