Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, working with PreK through middle-grade students
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Comfortable providing services both onsite and virtually

• Ability to organize schedules to meet varied student needs
• Flexibility to work a full 40-hour week preferred; consideration given to qualified applicants interested in three-day shifts

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to a caseload of 50 students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to foster student progress toward IEP goals
• Conduct functional and developmental evaluations, document findings, and participate in IEP meetings
• Implement creative strategies to enhance student participation and performance across diverse environments
• Adapt therapy modalities for both in-person and virtual sessions
