You will need to be able to quickly assess situations and make decisions to ensure the safety of students and pedestrians. Your ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, school officials and law enforcement will be critical in maintaining a safe environment. Additionally, your knowledge of traffic regulations will be essential in directing traffic and escorting students across the street.
