Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and individualized program planning
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in the Low Incidence Program at the Marple Education Center
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals
• Administer assessments and document progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
• Consult with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insight and recommendations for speech/language services
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, evaluations, and student progress
