Salary: Up to $200,000 depending on experience
Alldus is working with a leading ServiceNow end user looking to hire an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and help lead the continued development of their ServiceNow platform. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level ServiceNow professional who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while also taking ownership of platform delivery, mentoring other developers, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsbilities
- Take a leading role across the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment and optimization of scalable applications, workflows and integrations.
- Lead ServiceNow development and technical delivery across the platform.
- Design and develop scalable workflows, applications and integrations.
- Work across modules including CSM and FSO.
- Collaborate with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
- Mentor other ServiceNow developers and conduct code reviews.
- Support deployments, upgrades and ongoing platform improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Maintain strong ServiceNow development and governance best practices.
- Support technical documentation, testing, and platform standards.
Skillset
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience across modules such as CSM and/or FSO.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow development technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading other developers.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and governance.
- CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
