Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience
- Support and elevate the overall guest experience across dining and bar service.
- Act as a visible floor presence, engaging with guests and ensuring consistent, attentive service.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care.
- Uphold service standards that reflect the restaurant's culture, values, and commitment to hospitality.
- Assist in leading, training, and motivating front-of-house staff.
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing staff development.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and help communicate daily priorities and service expectations.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
- Help monitor sales performance and contribute to operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with ownership on operational needs and business goal
