Who You Are Global Supply Chain - Subcontract Management - Senior What You Will Be Doing Manage a major supplier’s cost, schedule, and technical performance for non‑commercial systems/services supporting F‑35 Reprogramming and Integration Labs. Support development and production efforts for both government and company‑owned labs. Lead the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, award, and execution of purchase orders above and below the TINA threshold. Engage with the supplier to ensure compliance with both awarded and solicited efforts. Collaborate with a Team Lead and manager to access knowledge and resources for timely and effective work. Prepare technical documents, terms and conditions, and align pricing on all efforts. Basic Qualifications Experience in government subcontracting and/or global supply chain. Experience with cost reimbursable, fixed price, and time‑and‑material contract types. Experience with supplier management. Desired Skills Self‑starter ready to work concurrently on multiple actions. Strong communication with leadership, highlighting key concerns or impacts to business commitments proactively. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and handle multiple stakeholders. Location Fort Worth, TX – the position requires a US citizen and is located at a facility requiring special access.
