Polynt has been active in the production, sales, research and development of organic anhydrides and their derivatives for over 65 years.Daily Job Expectations:Work safely and follow all policies and proceduresIdentify and report unsafe conditions immediatelyCheck equipment for unsafe unusual conditions and correct or report findings to maintenanceFollow all site safety policies and wear appropriate PPEPerform daily utility rounds and aide in basic troubleshooting of equipmentEnsure that Routine Job Tasks are completedCharge, process, drum MT-17Charge, process, drum/load Vinyl Ester blendsDrum raw materials, finished product in Coatings, PEBB, and manually when neededPrepare equipment and permits for maintenance workMaintain a clean and orderly work areaContinuously focus on teamwork, communication, and doing your best to do a good jobAide in training team membersAide Shipping and Receiving at the shipping gates including loading box trailers, unloading inbound raw materials (bulk and package), loading finished productAssist Inventory Coordinator with cycle counts and inventory controlStick bulk tanks when requestedPerform Environmental duties such as pumping waste drums, loading J-1, transferring 600 and 602Transfer solvent from south tank to waste trailer or K-7 or M-57Perform routine scale verificationsParticipate on the Safety Action CommitteeParticipate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)Routine Job Expectations:Demonstrate good teamwork skills in performing all job functionsCommunicate openly with Department Managers, Team Managers, and Production AssistantSupport company policies and programsAssist in training new employeesPerform other duties as designated by Team ManagerFollow all company and department proceduresUse all computer-based systems as required by job dutiesKnow safety equipment location and useWork overtime as needed to cover the requirements of the shiftAudit VCS books for completionAnnually audit and review assigned proceduresComplete special projects as described by Production Manager / Production AssistantAssist in ensuring that Routine Job Tasks are completedPay- $29.49 an hour Equal Opportunity Employer Polynt Composites USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
