HR AssistantThe Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for leading the conversion of employee personnel records from paper files to an electronic personnel file system. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, secure, and organized employee records while supporting compliance with company policies and record retention requirements.QualificationsEducation and Work Experience1. High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.2. Must have strong communication skills3. General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.4. 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred5. Microsoft Office skills required6.
