Excela Health in Latrobe, PA seeks a licensed social worker to perform psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and education for patients and families. You will collaborate with the treatment team, participate in QA activities, and support regulatory compliance across hospital and service lines. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work (or related field), professional licensure (LCSW/LSW/ LPC/ LMFT or psychologist), 1+ year clinical experience, strong communication, and knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr Independence Health System
