Advertising Designer

Job Overview We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented designer to own the visual side of our marketing across paid social, email, and web. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, and can turn campaign briefs and copy into polished, on‑brand assets on tight timelines. This role is focused on producing ad graphics, thumbnail/cover graphics, and social media assets that look cohesive across every channel and reflect a bold, direct brand voice within the guardrails of a regulated medical clinic. Just as important, we want someone relentlessly driven and goal‑oriented who thinks like an advertiser — treating every asset as a chance to grab attention, move the numbers, and push the brand forward. Required Qualifications: Graphic Design, Social Media Content Creation, 2+ years of experience Responsibilities Design ad graphics and creative for paid social campaigns — static and short-form — that stay visually consistent across every placement and format. Produce email graphics, including headers, banners, and promotional modules, that support campaigns for prospective leads and segmented audiences. Create social media assets for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, including carousels, single posts, and story/reel graphics. Pitch fresh advertising concepts and creative angles, then test, iterate, and refine to find what stops the scroll and converts. Set clear creative goals tied to campaign performance and take ownership of the results your work drives. Adapt and resize creative across channels, placements, and aspect ratios while preserving brand consistency and quality. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to translate briefs, copy, and campaign goals into finished visuals. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries to keep the look cohesive and speed up future production. Manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines during fast‑turnaround campaigns, flash sales, and product launches. Skills A relentlessly driven, goal‑oriented mindset with sharp creative instincts for advertising that grabs attention and converts. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva. Strong command of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Proven experience designing for paid social, email, and web channels. Ability to build and maintain a consistent brand system across a high volume of assets and formats. Familiarity with social platform specs and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Basic short‑form video skills (Canva and/or CapCut) for reels and story assets are a plus. Ability to work quickly, juggle multiple deadlines, and incorporate feedback and direction. Strong attention to detail and comfort working within brand and compliance guardrails.
