External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Your Role:We are seeking an Analytical Chemist to join the Global Analytical Technology group for the analysis and characterization of lithography materials (e.g., positive/negative photoresist, ingredient used to make a photoresist, quencher, crosslinker, developer, stripper, thinner, coating, rinse, etc.) in Branchburg, NJ. Explore new metrologies to characterize chemical components of complex mixtures.Develop and validate analytical methods for CoA parameters and transfer operating procedures to production QC laboratories.Evaluate impurity profiles of new raw materials and products.Support New Product Development.Work closely with R&D, production, quality, and commercial teams to ensure rapid delivery of new products to customers.Routine and non-routine sample analysis.Assist in data gathering and data analysis for Process Change Notifications.Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for product quality issues.Hands-on laboratory work.Work with various analytical instruments including Vibrational Spectroscopy, Mass Spectroscopy, ICP-MS, NMR, Chromatography.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant science discipline and 5+ year experience working hands on with analytical equipment3+ years’ experience with analytical method development with theoretical and operational understanding of analysis techniquesOr Master's Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant science discipline and 3+ years' experience working hands on with analytical equipment3+ years’ experience with analytical method development with theoretical and operational understanding of analysis techniquesOrPhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant science discipline3+ years’ experience with analytical method development with theoretical and operational understanding of analysis techniquesPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with spectroscopy (Vibrational, MS, NMR, ICP-MS) techniquesHands-on experience with chromatography (HPLC, GC, IC) techniquesAdvance statistical techniques / data mining experienceKnowledge of a wide breadth of analytical tools and their relevant applicabilityExcellent verbal and written communicationExcellent interpersonal skills that support a diverse team environmentStrong computer skills and experience with digital data reporting and visualizationDemonstrated creativity and strong problem-solving skills.Pay Range for this position: $55,500 - $165,000The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
