Busser
Albemarle Hospital
Famous Toastery is looking for team members that know how to work together to deliver exceptional customer service and make us Famous. A busser with us works with the service staff to ensure guests' tables are properly cleaned and flipped. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Removes dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils as needed.
- Brings dishes to the dishwashing station and sorts as needed.
- Replenishes items at service stations.
- Assists the serving staff with table setting by retrieving items needed for the table, i.e., silverware, napkins, syrup, butter.
- Cleans tables and resets place settings after guests leave.
- Cleans in the restaurant as needed.
- Delivers food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
- Answers questions guests may have while at the table.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to multi-task and follow directions.
- Reliable.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.
