CDR General Services is seeking Landscapers to join our team near Houma, LA. The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional outdoor environment.

Candidates may start one at a time, unless applying as a group that plans to commute together and needs to start on the same date.

Pay Rate: $14 - $16 /hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas throughout the golf course

• Trim, edge, and prune grass, shrubs, and trees

• Plant, mulch, and perform general landscape upkeep

• Clean and maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and surrounding grounds

• Safely operate basic landscaping tools and equipment

• Follow instructions from the grounds supervisor

• Maintain a clean and professional outdoor environment at all times

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred

• Minimum age 18 years old

• Spanish-only speakers are welcome

• Basic understanding of English is recommended for workplace communication
  (Candidates are not required to be bilingual)

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically able to perform manual labor (standing, bending, lifting)

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with safety policies

• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
