Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Bulk Packers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing bulk products for shipment. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring that all orders are handled efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare bulk items according to company and customer specifications
- Verify product counts and inspect for quality and accuracy
- Label boxes, containers, and pallets correctly
- Operate basic packing and sealing equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with inventory and restocking materials as needed
- Previous experience in warehouse or packing preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to [insert lbs, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic math and communication skills
