Systems Engineering Specialist

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the contract-based Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement requirements management processes while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and documentation Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to manage and verify requirements Support implementation of engineering process improvements and training initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related fields Experience with configuration management principles and tools Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma Strong technical writing and communication skills
