General Manager for Holiday Inn Express, Hazard, KY

Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000. Biweekly pay schedule. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and maintain property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices and streamline processes
• Identify potential areas for growth and make recommendations to upper management
• Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on operations, challenges, and successes

Requirements

• Experience in property management or a related industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of meeting financial goals and managing budgets
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
