Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to support our employees and their family members in achieving their best mental health. In this position you will have the ability to have a widespread impact in creating and implementing mental health programming for employees in small and large groups, while maintaining 1:1 patient services.

A typical day as a Clinical Psychologist might include:

• Providing quality care for clients with mental and behavioral conditions
• Collaborating with other clinicians and use evidence-based practice to determine best care options and education for clients about their mental health condition
• Monitoring patient progress and facilitate recovery through therapy.
• Create a safe, supportive, and friendly environment for clients
• Create, educate, and present mental health topics to employees
• Document processes, and maintain medical records and reporting in a responsible, timely, and confidential way

This job might be for you if:

• Have a doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
• Are a licensed psychologist or clinical psychologist in good standing with the State of Idaho
• Have 6+ years of clinical experience as a Mental Health Counselor
• Have a current BLS certification

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in corporate healthcare
• Experience or the ability to facilitate and supervise graduate psychology students in practicum.
• Supervisory experience
• Proficiency in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychometric assessments for diverse client populations.

Pay Range Data - $129,200 - $193,900 annually

We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Clinical Psychologist level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
