Operations Support Technician

Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Worksunderminimalsuperv1s1onof theSrDirectorofHealthcareOperations. Providescentralizedsupportto the retail pharmacystoreteams to achieve pharmacyservice goalsrelated to programssuchasmedicationtherapy management and medication adherence.Follows standardprocedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Summary: Completetasks related tosupportingoperationswithinthe pharmacy.Activitieswill relate to clinical programsupport,immunizationworkflowandcompliance,communication andknowledge base management, and pharmacistschedulingandpayrollfunctions.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Centrally prepareStars,TIPs andCMRsfor patients assigned tostoresin the MTM platformsoftwareComplete techniciandriven targetedinterventionsinOutcomes.

• Reconcile the allergy and medicationlistfrom the MTMsoftwarewith the prescription history in

• Transcribe the TIPsoralerts fromtheMTMsoftwaretotheCMRWorksheet

• SubmittheCMRWorksheet to the Manager of PharmacyServicesfor

• ProvideCMRworksheets to pharmacy teamsforcases

• Communicatewith pharmacystafftoensure completion ofprepped

• Completetechdriven TIPs in the OutcomesMTM

• Support off siteflu

• Act as aliaisonbetween thestoreand theclinic

• Coordinate execution ofthe

• Workwith storeteamsandRegional Pharmacy Managersto select clinic

• Coordinatemarketing materialsfor each

• Track scheduledandcompletedclinics usingtheFluClinic Tr

• Support appropriatebilling of

• Support appropriaterecord keepingfor vaccinat

• Help maintain patient records in the

Qualifications

Experience

Preferred: Previous experience in pharmacy operations

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test

• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$20.00-25.00 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
