Responsibilities Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for the data center market. Define product vision and strategy for our data center product line. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address data center challenges. Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond. Own pricing and profitability to ensure strong ROI. Monitor industry trends and adjust the product roadmap to stay ahead of the competition. Represent Intek Plastics Group in industry associations and forums. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the data center ecosystem. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including trade show participation and follow‑up. Requirements Experience in product management, ideally in industrial products or tech‑focused solutions. Strong understanding of data centers or related industries is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent required. MBA preferred. Skills & Requirements: Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Ability to travel up to 25%. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products. Self‑motivated, analytical, and committed to quality and customer service. Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
