Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants. Job Summary We are looking for a Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation to provide bedside patient-centered care. Responsibilities Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate a treatment plan and achieve goals of the nursing department. Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients. Assist patients with exercise, provide proper skin care, and ensure appropriate positioning to prevent immobility and skin breakdown. Coordinate with the rehab therapy team to provide acute medical management to improve patients' functional skills. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing. Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina in good standing. Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification required.
