Fundraising Coordinator

Join our team as a Fundraising Coordinator and help bring our mission to life. You’ll connect with donors, support community events, and help create meaningful opportunities for people to give. Your efforts will directly strengthen programs that make a difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Campaigns — Assist in planning and implementing campaigns, including online drives, peer‑to‑peer fundraising, and seasonal appeals.
Donor Outreach — Communicate with donors through email, phone, or events; help maintain positive relationships.
Record Keeping — Track donations, maintain donor lists, and support reporting needs.
Community Engagement — Build relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and community groups.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reaching out to donors and partners
- Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the organization’s mission
- Experience with fundraising, events, or marketing is helpful but not required
