Warehouse Associate - Seasonal

R&R Solutions is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.
• Order Prep: Prepare and pack orders accurately, inspecting products for defects or damage.
• Equipment Operation : Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse using dollies and pallet jacks.
• Technical Logging: Disassemble self-checkout machinery and help to accurately document components in our XPM inventory system.
• Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and inventory tracking software preferred but not required.
• Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
