What You’ll Be Doing Performing routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical rooms. Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff members. Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel by conducting regular inspections and maintaining building codes compliance. Working closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address any maintenance issues that may arise. Keeping accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
