Senior Reliability EngineerIngredion is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer who will be at the forefront of driving asset performance and operational excellence by leading maintenance and reliability initiatives that enhance equipment uptime and efficiency. Through a combination of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a key role in shaping proactive maintenance strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will drive improvements in the performance of maintenance processes by facilitating maintenance/reliability initiatives, executing projects to improve reliability and efficiency, and providing leadership and technical direction within the maintenance function.
