We are actively seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers / Laborers to join our team! If you’re looking for steady hours, overtime opportunities, and a hands-on work environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Availability
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Overtime Available: Monday through Saturday
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write basic correspondence clearly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to perform calculations using units of measure, weight, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
- Problem-solving skills in situations with a few standardized variables
- Commitment to following all plant safety rules, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and operating procedures
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and assist on other shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift experience
Ability to stand for entire shift
