RN - Case Management

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care while monitoring and assessing patient status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Document patient care and progress accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Schedule This position offers a Day shift (5x8 hours) from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid RN license in Maryland or a compact license. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Previous charge experience is preferred.
