Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected, full-service law firm to identify a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support its Columbus, Ohio office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, team-oriented environment supporting litigation and labor & employment practices.
Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant - Labor and Employment / Litigation
Location: Columbus, Ohio (on-site/Hybrid 4x month)

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of legal secretarial or administrative experience
- Experience in litigation and/or labor & employment strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
- Familiar with e-filing procedures and court documentation
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
