description : Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of body as ordered by physicians. Positions and instructs patients prior to examination, adjusts the x-ray equipment and determines proper voltage as well as current and desired exposure time for each radiograph. requirement : Evening Shift - Tuesday-Friday, 4x10-hour swing shifts, and will support both diagnostic X-ray and C-arm coverage. C-arm experience is required to ensure the technologist can effectively support procedural and surgical imaging needs.Education and Work Experience:Associate's Degree in radiologic technology: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ? Radiography (ARRT-R): RequiredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA and HIBasic Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA within 6 months of hireFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFluoroscopy (FLUORO): Required
