$2227.68/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing services. Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor, assess, and respond to the complex needs of ICU patients for optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer and manage medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Continuously monitor patient vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition, adjusting care plans accordingly. Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in applicable state or jurisdiction. Proven experience working in an ICU or critical care environment. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced settings. BLS and ACLS certifications.
