• In addition to the base compensation range listed above, eligible Shift Supervisors can earn a tenure bonus of $0.50- $3.20 per hour, plus a shift production bonus

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, your job is all about delivering the Waffle House experience to your Customers.

• You can expect to be on your feet taking customer orders, preparing food to order, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming
• We have a team environment
• We need you to be a leader and a team player, delivering effective coaching to the Server and Cook teams
• Our busiest time is the weekends, so we'll ask you to be available to work some weekends as well as some holidays

Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• Entry level, no experience required
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old +
