Store Manager

Job Responsibilities Live the Island Life as an ambassador of the brand, representing seasonal trends and exceeding guest expectations. Lead by example through motivation, supporting brand direction and communicating the ultimate goal of an exceptional lifestyle experience for guests. Build strong sales and service relationships, setting the tone to role model key sales and service behaviors with every team member, creating an optimal guest purchase experience. Cultivate a culture of selling by achieving sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes to drive profitability. Create an environment of open dialogue and learning, coaching and assisting with career development strategies to build bench strengths for the retail team and promote internal career growth. Use entrepreneurial spirit to proactively seek marketing opportunities within the community to increase brand awareness and store exposure. Qualifications 5+ years of retail experience. 3+ years of management team supervision experience. Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts. Experience coaching and developing a team. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset with ability to analyze reports and identify merchandising opportunities. College degree in Business or related field. Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business. Physical Requirements Lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently. Bending, stooping, kneeling required frequently. Climbing ladders occasionally. Routine standing up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation Rate Range: $60,000–$95,000 per year (minimum salary wage to $95,000).
