Responsibilities will include:Performing HVAC maintenance and assisting with residential repairsDeveloping diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsLearning proper repair and service proceduresWorking alongside senior technicians on more complex callsCommunicating professionally with homeownersMaintaining a clean, organized, and customer-friendly approach in the fieldWhat You BringHVAC trade school completion is strongly preferred0–2 years of residential HVAC or closely related experienceEPA certification, or the ability and willingness to obtain it promptlyValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordMechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning the tradeBasic hand toolsDependable, professional approach and positive attitudeComfortable working directly with residential customersIf you've completed HVAC training and are ready to turn that knowledge into real field experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with an established local company.Apply online to be considered.
