Corporate RecruiterCurrently, we are seeking a Corporate Recruiter seated out of our Dundalk, MD location, to join our Talent team in supporting the recruiting for the organization. We offer tremendous opportunities for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!A Day in the Life: This will be a high volume, full cycle recruiting position where you will follow the job requisition from posting the job ad, vetting resumes and talking to candidates, working with hiring managers and scheduling interviews, verbal offers, offer letters, and working with other team members in the HR department. We are looking for someone who brings a contagious energy and positive attitude to work every day!Main Duties:Screen potential job applicantsHunt and find top talentConduct prequalification phone screeningsComplete and submit candidate writeupsSchedule interviewsTrack candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce)Assist in other on-boarding dutiesEstablish relationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout organization and develop recruiting plansOther Talent related, administrative dutiesRequirements:3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is requiredStaffing Agency experience a PLUS!Experience with using an ATS.College Degree in Human Resources or related field.Reflects a professional image and will be able to maintain confidentiality.High energy, "hunter" mentality.Possess a positive attitude.Excels in a FAST-PACED environment.Ability to learn quickly.Excellent communication skills.Compensation: Annual base salary of $65-75K. Company cell phone and laptop will also be provided.
