Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required
• Ability to meet a 90% productivity expectation
